Q - Do you use dangerous chemicals?

A - No, we only use non-caustic and non toxic products in your home, which are all biodegradable and environmentally friendly, therefore there will be no lingering fumes or odours.

Q - Can I use my oven straight away?

A - Yes, as soon as we have finished you can use your oven.

Q - Are you fully insured?

A - Yes, we have full insurance cover.

​

Q - Do you carry spares?

A - We do carry spare bulbs and extractor filters.

​

Q - Can you clean between the glass doors?

A - Yes. we can clean inside and outside of the door and if it is not a sealed unit we will clean between the glass panels as well.

Q - Will you need to use my sink?

A - No, we carry everything we need, although we may need some tap water to rinse our cloths.

​

Q - Do you cover the floor?

A - Yes, we will put down our own dust sheet to ensure there is no mess, be assured, everything we use in your home will not damage anything.

Q - How often should I get my oven cleaned?

A - It depends how often it is used and what is cooked in it, we recommend every 6 - 12 months.

Q - How can I pay?

A - We accept cash or cheques.
